Ninety minutes. One real problem.

Free, and there is no pitch at the end. Bring a problem your team is actually stuck on and we work it live, using the same method used on paid engagements. Whatever comes out of the session is yours.

What we'll do
  • Take the problem apart and find where the leverage actually sits
  • Work the options against what you know, not against theory
  • Land on a next move your team can take on Monday
What to bring
  • One specific problem. A stalled category, a supplier who won't move, a savings target nobody believes
  • The people who own it and would execute the fix. Two to six works best
  • Whatever data you have. Rough is fine

Not "we want to improve procurement." The session only works on something specific. If you're not sure whether your problem qualifies, book the 15-minute Q&A first and we'll work it out.

Questions before you book? Fifteen minutes, no obligation.

Before you book it.

Is this a sales pitch?

No. You bring a live problem, we work it for 90 minutes, and you keep whatever comes out. If a program fits afterwards we'll say so, and if it doesn't we'll say that too.

Who should attend?

Whoever owns the problem, plus anyone who would execute the fix. Two to six people works best. If the budget holder can be in the room, bring them.

What do we need to bring?

One specific problem and whatever data you have on it. Rough is fine. No prep deck, no pre-reading, no formal brief.

What happens afterwards?

You keep the output and you are free to run with it. There is no obligation and no follow-up sequence.
